When planning a trip to a Disney park, pack essentials like your [ad[ Minnie ears, band-aids and ponchos for a magical day. Use this list to decide what to include in your bag for a seamless experience.
What is a Disney Park Bag, and Do You Need One?
When visiting Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, or Animal Kingdom, pack your park bag with essentials to avoid returning to your accommodation for forgotten items. Choose a backpack, purse, or waist bag for a smooth day at Disney.
What kind of BAG should you use at Disney?

The type and size of the bag you will need depends on who you are traveling with and what you prefer. If you are at the park alone or with another adult (or grown children) then each of you can carry your own things, which will make life much easier!
First and foremost --> Elevate your park outfit with a [ad] belt bag for women and girls. Their assortment of colored belt bags include Hot Pink, Black, Light Pink, Light Blue, White, Purple, Red and Beige will match ANY outfit! It has three pockets so you can organize your phone, wallet, park tickets and more!
You may want to use a traditional lightweight backpack [ad] like this one.
In previous visits, I have also used a small sling bag like these [ad] Waterfly bags. And don't forget small crossbody purses ([ad] how cute is this one??) are also very popular and perfect if you prefer that style.
Now, what to put in your bag?
TICKETS!!! Or your Magic Band! or Your phone!
Don't forget your MagicBands or tickets - they are essential! You don't want to be caught heading for ROPE DROP without them! You can also now use your Apple Watch or iPhone to tap into rides with Genie+ or LL. Be sure to take a few minutes ahead of time to set this up on your Disney app!
Portable Charger or FuelRod
It's important to have a way to keep your phone charged all day long. Disney offers multiple kiosks where you can get FuelRods – You can buy a set of FuelRods ([ad] get them here). Once you have used them and they require a recharge, you can exchange them for fully charged replacements at any Fuel Rod kiosk within the Disney Parks.
Sunglasses, hat and/or visor
I love my [ad] Goodr sunglasses, but opt for [ad] this version when going to Disney (just in case they get lost!).
I just bought my husband this [ad] Mission cooling hat for Father's Day and he can't wait to try it out in the hot JULY sun when we go again next month! He has already worn it for a few golfing trips and says its amazing!
Sunscreen
You cannot forget this, even in the winter months!
Ponchos
This is a must have, regardless of the time of year you go to Disney. Disney World in summer is rainy. Disneyland is rainy in the winter time. Do yourself a favor and grab a few 5 packs for much cheaper than when you get to the Disney parks. We bought [ad] this one and [ad] this one for our trip this July. Now, I will say, one year we did purchase the Disney branded ones because we were not prepared and they were amazing! But they were pricey!!
Liquid IV packets (or something similar)
Now, I'm not sure if the [ad] Liquid IV packets actually do anything, but they do make the water taste better! So we pack one for each of us every day we are in the parks, just for some variety. And in between meals!
By packing smart and being prepared, you can focus on creating magical memories without any interruptions. So grab your Disney park bag, fill it with essentials, and get ready for an unforgettable adventure!
